I am sorry but what does that mean?
I am ungodly and will burn in hell. That has been God’s will for me from the beginning. All I can do is submit and praise him for his wisdom in dealing with me.
“Faith does not require that we stop thinking.”
No it doesn’t but faith does stop you from accepting and following the words of the ungodly. Faith does not lead you to disobey God’s word.

If you are accepting evolutionary thought then you are not using faith but tossing it and God aside for deceived secular thinking. Science is not immune fro deception and to think that they are is the biggest mistake believers make. The scriptures on false teachers/teaching apply to unbelieving scientists and other secular researchers.

Since you cannot verify that those craters were made by comets impacting the earth, the information is useless.

There was no meteorite that killed all the dinosaurs and the earth was not existing 66 million years ago. The dinosaurs were killed by the flood and over-hunting, the latter is the reason for many extinct animals today.

If you say God and the Bible are wrong then you are either NOT being led by God but evil or you misunderstand the call given to you.
Faith does not require that we stop thinking. Remember, “seek and you shall find, kock and the door will be open”. This scripture has quided me in my research ever since I started examining human origins and lost civilizations. My findings have astonished me and my faith has not been diminished.
My work tries to use science to re-examine the very ancient past or what I call “paleo-earth studies”. I began by examining impact craters. This led me to the discovery that the impacts the struck the earth had a trajectory that at one time orbited the earth.
Then, I plotted this orbit around the globe and now had a reference point from which to measure the movement of the continents. Since all the continents move and their speed and direction is known, one can calculate how long ago that any particular geopraphic location was under the orbit. Because of the use of plate movements, it became possible to date sites to extremely ancient dates, many millions and even hundreds of millions of years ago.
For example, I was able to determine that the impact (meteorite) that killed the dinosaurs passed over the Chichen Itza and Tulum in the Yucatan 66 million years ago. This alignment could not be a chance happening and indicated intelligent life on earth at that extreme date.
Continued research has indicated that extreme ages also exits for many other archaeological sites currently believed to be very recent by mainline archaeologists. Some of the sites in Egypt, for example, seemed to be 28.5 million years old. Other sites, the megalithic rock wall in Siberia for example, could only be explained with an age over 425 million years. Intelligent life on our world is extremely old.
One unusually aspect of my work was my inability to discover an ape or monkey ancestor for humans although I am still looking. Again, I am astonished.
Exactly where this leds I can not say, but a bible believing minister I spoke with told me that there is a theory or belief that there may have been a previous creation before human kind. This because of a quirk in the book of Genesis.
However, my faith in God is still strong and it indicates to me that He has led me to this for His purpose.
