The Bible Tells Us

09 Sep

that evil people will get worse not better. Do not expect to see many unbelievers return to a decent way of living:

A 43-year-old woman and her 23-year-old daughter have been arrested and charged with incest after authorities in Oklahoma discovered they were married….

Patricia had previously married her son, Jody, in 2008, with the marriage annulled two years later.

When we hear news like this we get sad.  We hope there is a way for repentance to work its way in there somehow and not be like Jim West who outright condemns and judges as he said on his blog:

What a reprehensible creature this mother is.

We do not think that way though we think that mother is wrong, sinning and leading her children to sin. We hope that it is not too late for her to repent and be saved, as well as for her family.

God said that there was only one sin that was not forgivable so hopefully she still has a chance. We also hope that pedophiles, rapists, murderers and other violent criminals also experience salvation for they deserve a chance to repent and be saved as well.
